The dog has his own bed, which he uses exactly until one of us sits on the couch. We were never going to win that battle, so making the sofa easier to live with was the better idea.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Give it a proper go on your couch for a few weeks. If it doesn't keep the fur and mess off and make your couch feel fresh again, just let us know within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, no fuss and no awkward questions. We're that confident you'll love it.
Every Couch Kept Fresh
Drape it over your couch in seconds, so the fur, paws and everyday spills land on the cover instead of your lounge. No fitting, no fuss, just a couch that looks good and stays ready for the dog to jump up.
Protect What You've Invested In
Your couch is one of the biggest things you buy for your home, and replacing it costs thousands, but fur, paws and everyday spills wear it down faster than you'd think. For less than the cost of a professional clean, the cover keeps it looking good, so the whole family, dog included, can enjoy it without worrying about the mess.
Find Your Perfect Colour
Choose from 6 soft, natural shades that blend into any lounge room, from light Ivory and Stone Grey to warmer Khaki and Mocha Brown. Each one hides everyday fur and wear, so your couch stays looking good between washes.
From Worn To Fresh In Seconds
Fur, faint stains and everyday wear build up fast when the dog's allowed on the couch. Just drape the cover over, tuck it in and your lounge looks fresh again, then when it needs a clean, pop it in the wash and put it straight back on.

Goodbye, ancient flannelette sheet with the weird stain.
No more trying to explain to guests that the towel on the couch is actually the clean one.
Delighted with how the edges hang over our arms.
This has been a nice finishing touch after we rearranged the living room. It ties the seating together and makes the sofa more practical for the dogs. I like purchases that solve two little problems at once.
As a renter I worry about pet hair getting worked into furniture I need to return in good condition. It's reassuring having a layer I can take away and wash, rather than just hoping the upholstery will be fine.
This was a sensible buy for our very unsensible dog.
My order confirmation disappeared into junk mail, so I thought something had gone wrong. Support resent the details and reassured me. All arrived and the living room looks much nicer with it on.
Our dog stretches across most of the seat. A decent-sized cover makes more sense than his little blanket did.
My dog is welcome on the couch. His muddy paws are less welcome on the actual upholstery.
Our muddy garden and couch-loving terrier are a difficult combination. Towelling him off plus a washable layer is working for our household.
Bought it for the sofa in our holiday place. Lovely having a washable top layer when the dogs come along.
My cleaner was pleased that the dog covering could just be lifted away rather than being permanently tangled round the cushions.
We had to persuade the cat to move before putting it on. She's been difficult to persuade off it ever since.
Mocha Brown was the right choice for our room. Warm without making everything look dark.
I can see where the dog has been sleeping and wash that layer. Prefer that to guessing what has reached the padding.
Happily retired the grubby dog quilt.
Our senior girl has slept beside me for twelve years. She wasn't getting evicted over a new couch, so this was the obvious compromise.
This is the first time our three-seater has looked coordinated since the puppy arrived.
I don't have to reserve the least doggy cushion for myself anymore.
I was nervous about buying anything else for our already small lounge room. This adds no extra clutter.
It drapes right across the seat and back in our setup. Nice not to have a bare strip where the dog always leans.
Our dog has always been allowed up. Now our visitors have somewhere pleasant to sit too.
Our greyhound looks absurdly luxurious sprawled across this. We get a pleasant place to sit when he makes room.
I tuck it around the seats after the morning tidy, then get on with the day.
My partner picked a different shade from the one I wanted. I hate to admit it, but his choice suits the room.
Lovely cover. My original colour choice was out of stock, but the alternative actually goes better with our rug.
We can give this a regular wash instead of ignoring the little things until the entire couch needs attention. It's a better rhythm for our busy household, and the room looks nicer in between.
I wanted our home to look lived in, not surrendered to the dog. This helps me strike that balance.
Glad we measured before choosing the size.
Our dog is allowed on the sofa because she's family, but I still like having friends over without a big clean-up beforehand. A spare cover ready to go makes that much less stressful.
I love a decorating change that doesn't require moving furniture or painting anything.
I had been eyeing leather sofas because I was so tired of fabric upkeep. Trying a washable layer was a much smaller commitment.
The old sofa finally looks like it belongs with our new curtains.
We've kept the dog cuddles and changed the clean-up routine. Happy with that outcome.
The woven finish looks far better than I imagined from a dog cover.
We still dry our boy after beach trips, but I feel better having a washable layer beneath his favourite spot.
Simple cover. Big improvement in how the room looks.
The cat has also moved in on it, so apparently this was a household purchase.
There was a delay with the delivery update and I had to follow it up. Got a helpful response rather than being left guessing, and I'm pleased with the material now I've unpacked it.
GOT QUESTIONS?
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Which size do I need?
Measure the length of your couch and pick the next size up for full coverage. Armchair is 180 x 230cm, 2 Seater is 180 x 300cm, 3 Seater is 180 x 340cm and 4 Seater is 180 x 420cm. Got a modular or chaise? Go up a size, or add a 2nd cover at 50% off to cover the lot.
How do I put it on?
Just drape it over the seat, back and arms, then tuck the edges into the gaps for a neat finish. It takes about a minute. There are no straps, elastic or zips to fight with.
Will it slide around?
Tuck the edges deep into the gaps between the cushions and the frame. That's what holds it in place. If your pets jump on and off a lot, it might need a quick re-tuck now and then.
Is it good for homes with pets?
That's exactly what it's made for. The soft woven herringbone chenille sits between your couch and the fur, paws and everyday mess. Your pets get a cosy spot, and your couch keeps looking fresh underneath.
How do I clean it?
Pop it in the washing machine on a gentle cold wash, then hang it on the line to dry. That's it.
What colours does it come in?
Six colours to suit your home: Ivory, Khaki, Coastal Blue, Sage Green, Stone Grey and Mocha Brown.
How long does delivery take?
Expected delivery is 7 to 12 business days. Every order is tracked the whole way and we email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
What if it's not right for my couch?
Try it for 30 days risk-free. If it's the wrong size or just not right for your couch, email support@companionandco.shop and we'll sort out a full refund. A real person will reply.
